Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free, with no return label fee and no restocking fee.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number using the Contact page on our website. We will send you a prepaid return label, usually within 2 days.

Condition of returned items

Items should be unused and unlit, and in their original packaging.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

Refunds

Once your return is processed, we will refund your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

If you do not see your refund within a reasonable period of time, contact us.

Cancellations

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
